Delivery takes 1–3 business days AFTER your order has been shipped.

This means your package will arrive within 1 to 3 business days once it has been dispatched, excluding:

  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier delays that are beyond our control

 

Raw Hair Orders

Please note that Raw Hair orders require additional processing time.

  • Processing & shipping time: 7–14 business days

  • This is because each bundle is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards
